National Society of Black Engineers – NSBE

About the MSU Chapter

The National Society of Black Engineers is an organization founded in 1975 that encourages academic excellence, professional success, and community involvement in all its members. The organization was created to limit disparities of certain communities in Engineering and Technology. The MSU chapter of NSBE strives to create an encouraging community, increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers, and send them into their jobs as leaders in the field.

Mission

The mission of the National Society of Black Engineers isĀ "to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community."
